Charlotte “Charlie” is the Founder of The Flex Guru® and the operational mastermind behind My VA Flex.
Since expanding to the UK in 2019, Charlie has evolved from hands-on marketing execution into high-level strategic consulting. She acts as a trusted partner for agencies, coaches, and charities looking to turn chaotic operations into scalable, community-driven movements.
Blending cultural intuition with rigorous operational strategy, Charlie helps purpose-led leaders transition out of the weeds so they can scale with absolute clarity and purpose.
Fuelled by coffee, good humour and Top Gun quotes, Charlie is passionate about supporting the underdog and making a tangible difference. She’s also an advocate for people and families affected by CHD, ADHD and Autism.
