Our Founder: Charlotte Kearsey
Charlotte “Charlie” is the Founder of The Flex Guru® and the operational mastermind behind My VA Flex.
Since relocating to the UK in 2019, Charlie has evolved from hands-on marketing execution into high-level strategic consulting. She is passionate about enabling growth by giving people, teams, and organisations the tools and strategies to thrive. Infusing everything she does with a mentor mentality.
Fuelled by coffee [non-negotiable], good humour, and Top Gun quotes, Charlie is passionate about supporting the underdog, with her trusty sidekick, Enzo the Wonder Dog beside her. She is also a dedicated advocate for people and families affected by CHD and neurodiversity.
